Standard Stall Board
At $425/month the standard board
is intended for the horse owner that wants their friend well cared for and a great, convenient place to ride without having
to pay for additional services that their horse doesn't require. Structuring our prices this way enables us to provide
excellent value at the level you require.
Your horse will enjoy a roomy comfortable matted stall,
with auto waterer and fly spray system in our weather tight barn, warm in winter and well ventilated in summer.
Daily turnout is in a large pasture with run-in sheds, with evening turnout available in the summer months. Every other
month worming is included in rates. We feed Seminole feed and orchard/alfalfa mix hay-if your horse has special needs,
we can probably accomodate those, it just depends on the circumstances so check with management. We are happy to feed
up to 2 owner provided supplements/day. We will also be glad to put on/off fly masks. There are restrooms and
tack room, and an indoor wash rack with hot water, as well as outdoor wash rack for summer. And of course, you will
have use of all the great riding facilities.
Premium Stall Board
Our
premium level board includes everything standard board does, but gives additional care and attention for the horse in training
or with special needs. Blanketing(with monthly laundry service)on or off at am and pm feedings, velcro boots(owner provided)
on/off for turnout and 4x/week curry/brush and hoof cleaning with conditioner, monthly trimming of face/ears/bridlepath/fetlocks
and monthly mane pulling. Discounts are also available to premium boarders on other services.
$470/month 12 months of year.
Pasture Board
We have a very limited number of pasture
spots available. There are run-in sheds, and grain and hay is also provided, along with every other month worming.
Rates begin at $250/month. Please check for availability.
Conditioning Program
Includes everything the premium board does, plus exercising.
We will use lounging, round pen work, draw/side reins and the hot walker(up to 4 times/week) in desired combination,
according to plan developed with horse owner to achieve your fitness and conformation goals. Riding is also available,
check with management.
